Returns Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligible Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale/discounted items are not eligible.
Customized or personalized posters are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Wrong Product
Received something damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Unboxing video (mandatory)
Clear photo of the damaged/wrong product
Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or full refund to original payment method.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@sdcollection.in

Return Shipping
In case of SD Collection fault (wrong/damaged item) – return pickup will be arranged by us.
In all other cases, customers have to ship the product back at their own cost.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received & inspected:
We will send you an email/WhatsApp notification
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
